RECYCLED POLYOLEFINS REGRINDS (RPR)

Processed plastic materials made from recycled polyolefin plastics, in the form of granulated or ground particles. Polyolefins are a type of thermoplastic polymers that include polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), which are commonly used in various plastic applications due to their versatile properties.

Can be mixed with virgin plastic materials  to create products with desirable properties

The recycling process for polyolefins typically involves collecting waste plastic products, such as packaging materials, containers, or automotive parts, and subjecting them to a series of steps to transform them into reusable materials. These steps often include sorting, cleaning, shredding, and regrinding the plastic waste to produce recycled polyolefins regrinds.

The regrinding process involves reducing the plastic waste into smaller particles or granules, which can then be used as feedstock in the production of new plastic products.
